WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BOOKING WITH DK IMAGERY

Let us walk you through the process of booking your photoshoot with DK Imagery.
Step 1:
Initial Consultation
Begin with an inquiry call where we’ll discuss your photography needs, explore location options, and discuss a package to suit you. We’ll also answer any questions you may have, ensuring we understand your vision and capture exactly what you’re looking for. We understand that phone calls may not be the most suitable form of contact and therefore we can discuss all options via email if this is a more suitable form of contact. Once we’ve discussed your preferences, we’ll assist you in selecting the perfect date, time, and location for your session. Your booking will be confirmed, and all the details will be finalised.
STEP 2:
Seven days before your photoshoot, you will be sent a guide of what to expect. This guide will walk you through everything you need to be prepared, including outfit recommendations if you’ll be in the photos and tips on how to ensure your pet feels comfortable on the day.
STEP 3:
The day before your photoshoot, you will receive a text message confirmation with your shoot details for you to reply. Please note, we monitor the weather conditions to ensure both yours and your pet’s safety. In the event of adverse weather during location shoots, including storms, heavy winds or extreme heat, we can discuss options if postponement is required. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
STEP 4: PHOTOSHOOT DAY
On the day of the shoot, we’ll meet at your chosen location and take the time to help your pet feel at ease, ensuring their true personality shines through. This is when I bring your vision to life, capturing the moments that matter most.
STEP 5:
PORTRAIT VIEWING SESSION
Approximately two weeks after your photoshoot, we will provide you with an online gallery to view and download your images. If you’ve purchased our Gold Paws Package, you have the option to schedule an in-home viewing session to make your final selections in person. During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to select your favourite photos and decide on the artwork that best suits your home. Alternatively, you can take your time reviewing the images in an online gallery and notify me once you’ve made your final choices.
STEP 6:
If you select printed artwork, it will be hand-delivered to you once it’s ready. Due to the handmade nature of our printed products, the delivery timeframe may vary. We’ll keep you updated on the expected delivery timeframes to ensure everything goes smoothly.
